Study on Optimizing Hotel HR Management under Immersive Accommodation Products
Abstract
from functional supply to experiential value creation. Compared with traditional accommodation, their operation depends more on employees' theme understanding, interactive expression, cross-post coordination and service innovation. At present, hotel HR management still faces
problems such as outdated training, rigid staffing and performance evaluation that values efficiency over experience, which weakens product
consistency. Hotels should rebuild employee training systems, improve scene-based collaboration and establish experience-oriented incentives, so as to enhance employee participation, service continuity and brand experience quality.
