Practice and Effect Evaluation of Continuous Care for Children with Epilepsy Based on a Digital Health Management Platform
Abstract
routine continuous care, while the observation group received smart care via a digital platform, with continuous intervention for 6 months.
Medication adherence, disease control, caregiver knowledge, children's quality of life, and nursing satisfaction were compared between the
two groups. Results: The observation group had higher medication adherence, caregiver knowledge, quality of life, and nursing satisfaction
than the control group, with lower frequency and duration of epileptic seizures. The differences between the groups were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Continuous care via a digital platform can improve medication adherence, effectively control seizures, enhance
family care levels and children's quality of life, and is convenient for clinical promotion.
