Abstract

With the digital transformation of education and the implementation of the strategy for international dissemination of Chinese culture, university foreign language teaching has gradually moved towards integrated education that combines language ability with the spread
of regional culture. Based on the concept of digital empowerment in education, this paper aims to meet the external dissemination needs of
Jilin ice and snow culture and analyzes current problems such as the lack of connection between university English teaching and ice and snow
culture dissemination talent cultivation, fixed teaching models, and weak dissemination practice. Through the construction of a platform for
the integration of teaching and dissemination, reorganization of the curriculum system, innovation of teaching models and improvement of
the education mechanism, this paper explores a three-in-one integrated talent cultivation path for language application, cultural interpretation
and international dissemination to provide practical references for the export of local characteristic culture and the improvement of university
English teaching quality.
