Education Practice Survey Overview and Work Plan Optimization of Yancheng Normal University

Abstract

This paper mainly discusses the research situation and work plan optimization of normal university studentseducation practice. This paper frst introduces the selection of the right school and design the importance of various methods of research, then expounds the normal education internship experience, including the effective participation of the administrative department of basic education to practice, practice guidance teachers innovation practice ideas and guide students to practice link associated with other important tasks. Finally, this pa-per puts forward suggestions on the optimization of the education internship program for normal university students, including promoting im-provement and innovation, cooperating with the community, linking the practice instructors, optimizing the target system of the practice work, and strengthening the correlation between multiple tasks.
