Abstract


With the spread of economic globalization, knowledge economy has become the latest economic situation, intellectual property
rights began to attract the attention of all countries in the world. Since Chinas accession to the World Trade Organization, more and more
foreign trade activities, which has also promoted the improvement of our comprehensive national strength to a certain extent. The international protection of intellectual property rights is of great significance on a global scale, which is related to a countrys innovation ability and
competitiveness, and more importantly, to the stability and prosperity of the global economic order. Based on this, this paper studies the issues
related to the international protection of intellectual property.
