Research on the Digital Literacy Stakeholders of Rural Teachers in the Context of Digital Transformation

Abstract


The State Council has issued the 14th Five-Year Plan for Digital Economic Development, proposing to advance smart education,
showing Chinas high importance on education digitization. Educational digitization is crucial for advancing the modernization and high-quality development of education in China, with rural teachers being the backbone of rural education revitalization and the core drivers of rural
education digitization transformation. This article, based on stakeholder theory, categorizes stakeholders into four main groups - authoritative
stakeholders, closely related stakeholders, core stakeholders, and peripheral stakeholders.
