Mengya Pang

Abstract

Since the 18th CPC National Congress, the vision of a community with a shared future for mankind has resonated globally. This
concept is not only a strategic approach to global development but also introduces new ideas and perspectives for the advancement of higher
education. Integrating the community of human destiny into higher education is of great significance. This paper explores how this integration
can be achieved by promoting talent development through international cooperation, sharing global responsibilities, and serving the worldwide community. By adopting these strategies, colleges and universities can seize new development opportunities, enhancing their contributions to global progress. This holistic approach ensures that higher education institutions are not only centers of academic excellence but also
active participants in building a more interconnected and cooperative world.
