Research on the Innovative Application of Folk Art in Design Education in Universities
Abstract
In the development process of our country, a large number of folk arts have been inherited, which contain rich cultural connotations.
Folk art is not only an aesthetic enjoyment, but also reflects the importance of traditional culture. Therefore, in contemporary society, more
and more people are beginning to recognize the value of folk art. In recent years, with the continuous deepening of peoples understanding
of traditional Chinese folk culture, the field of design education in universities has begun to conduct in-depth research and design practice on
folk art related topics, gradually forming a trend of systematization and specialization. Based on this, the article conducts relevant research on
the innovative application of folk art in design education in universities.
