In the digital age, education and teaching management is facing many challenges and opportunities. The challenges mainly include
difficulties for teachers and students to adapt, information security issues and the digital divide. In addition, the rise of online learning platforms has also brought about the quality of education and the difficulty of management. However, digitization also provides rich opportunities, such as personalized learning, sharing and optimization of educational resources, innovation of teaching methods, etc. Addressing these
challenges requires enhanced teacher training, improved information infrastructure, data security, and relevant policies to bridge the digital
divide. By actively adopting advanced technology and scientific management strategies, the quality of education can be effectively improved
and the fairness and efficiency of education can be realized.
