Exploring Mysticism in Painting

Abstract

Mysteries in painting have been deeply rooted in artistic expression since ancient times, and they not only enrich vision and imagination, but also reflect the spiritual world of mankind. From the totems and murals of primitive civilisations to the abstract expressions of
modern art, these elements have spanned the ages and formed a rich cultural vein. In contemporary art, mystical elements are given a new
meaning, as artists freely explore ideas and emotions that transcend traditional frameworks, no longer confined to specific cultures, but focusing on the broader human spirit. As a result, more and more artworks incorporate mystical elements to explore grand themes such as life and
the universe from a new perspective. Mystical elements have become an important tool in art for exploring oneself and understanding the
world. This paper explores the expression of mystery in painting, examines the reasons behind it, and the embodiment of mystery in painting.
