Research on the Evaluation Factors of Youth Leadership
Abstract
youth leadership mainly stem from Western scholars, while Chinese scholars have conducted in-depth research and application of these theories based on their theoretical foundations and their integration with Chinas socio-economic development. The concept of youth leadership
is the premise for a deeper analysis of this research. This paper sorts out three core concepts: youth, leadership, and youth leadership.
Based on the analysis of these core concepts, this paper argues that the evaluation factors of youth leadership mainly include critical thinking,
innovative discovery, emotional control, and communication skills.
