Analyzing the Social Utility of Virtual Emotional Construction in the Metaverse and Social Media Integration

Abstract

The integration of the metaverse with social media brings about unique social impacts in the new media era. The study reveals that
the convergence of these two realms provides users with highly immersive social experiences, making virtual emotional construction more
multidimensional, dynamic, and realistic. This integration not only enhances users’ sense of realism, immersion, and interactivity but also
fosters the symbiosis of various social dimensions, blending virtual and real worlds. The research offers new perspectives for understanding virtual emotional construction and its social utility in the metaverse era, with significant implications for future research and practice in
metaverse-social media integration.
