A Brief Discussion on AIGCs Role in Promoting the Inheritance and Innovation of Ethnic Minority Intangible Cultural Heritage: A Case Study of Xibo Cultural Creative Design Inspired by Xili Mama
Abstract
design sector. The application of AIGC (Artificial Intelligence Generated Content) has accelerated industrial transformation and disrupted
technological breakthroughs, creating a subtle balance between productivity and production relations. In the visual realm of cultural creativity, AIGCs output has surged, significantly enhancing production efficiency. However, due to the lack of clear product positioning in the
inheritance and innovation of ethnic minority intangible cultural heritage, as well as limited consideration of intangible cultural heritage symbols in product implementation, AIGCs application in ethnic minority cultural creativity is scarce. Against the backdrop of the booming AI
trend, this paper explores new avenues for the innovation and inheritance of ethnic minority intangible cultural heritage by integrating AIGC
into a creative design case inspired by the Xibo peoples Xili Mama, aiming to upgrade efficiency in the process of ethnic minority cultural
creativity and better facilitate the inheritance and innovation of ethnic minority cultures.
