Abstract
Chinese language and literature is not only a manifestation of language art, but also an important carrier for the inheritance
and development of traditional culture. Based on this, the article focuses on the characteristics of Chinese language and literature, and
summarizes the relationship between Chinese language and literature and traditional culture. Through the research, we can see that
the connotation and values of traditional culture still play an important role in modern Chinese language and literature. Therefore, this
paper explores the infiltration path of traditional culture in the development of Chinese language and literature in detail, aiming at providing useful ideas for promoting the prosperity of Chinese language and literature and inheriting and carrying forward the excellent
