Guiping Pu, Xinzhu Yang

Abstract

Nowadays is an era of rapid digitization process, the information volume is unprecedentedly huge, and there is already an environment of immaterial trend. Based on this background, this design project completes the design and construction of the Digital Refugee exhibition scenario with the help of hardware and software equipment, so as to enable the audience to recognize the importance of the digital refugee issue from a critical standpoint, and to re-examine the potential potential pitfalls that the development of digital technology has brought
to the society. Through the interactive installation, the design triggers peoples thoughts and reflections on the digital refugee issue, and also
advocates the importance of digital education, breaking down the barriers of spiritual connection caused by different digital environments, and
helping to bridge the digital divide.
