Zhongsheng Fu

Abstract

Wushu is an important traditional culture in China. In recent years, with the increasing efforts of the state to protect and promote
traditional culture, colleges and universities have added wushu-related courses to further promote the teaching and inheritance of wushu culture. The five education includes morality, intelligence, physical fitness, aesthetics and labor in our traditional education concept. In the
process of teaching practice, teachers should deeply recognize the close connection between the nurturing value of wushu culture and the five
education goals, so as to lay the foundation for the synergistic development of wushu culture and comprehensive education. Based on this,
the article discusses the effective path to promote the coordinated development of wushu culture education and five education in colleges
and universities.
