Abstract

The article combines the reality, focuses on the status quo of financial engineering professional talent cultivation in financial colleges and universities under the background of financial science and technology, then combines the status quo, summarizes the challenges
faced by the current talent cultivation, and finally puts forward a five-point feasible optimization strategy, which aims to improve the quality
of financial engineering professional talent cultivation in financial colleges and universities.
