Abstract


This research explores the integration of Chinese cultural elements into new media art design, emphasizing how traditional aesthetics, symbols, and cultural narratives can be reinterpreted through modern digital technologies. It investigates the synergy between ancient Chinese art forms and contemporary media practices, examining how digital platforms can serve as a medium for cultural preservation and innovation. The study analyzes various case studies where Chinese elements are creatively employed in visual art, interactive installations, virtual
reality, and other new media formats. The research also addresses challenges and opportunities in balancing authenticity with innovation while
appealing to both domestic and global audiences. Ultimately, the work aims to contribute to the ongoing discourse on cultural representation
in the digital age and the role of new media in the evolution of art.
