Exploration of Higher Vocational Talent Cultivation Mode under Employment Orientation

Abstract


At present, the scale of graduates is gradually increasing, and the form of graduate employment competition is becoming more and
more severe. In the fierce competition for employment, higher vocational graduates do not occupy enough advantages in the competition due
to their academic bias. In order to improve the employment competitiveness of higher vocational talents, higher vocational should optimize
the talent training mode. The article analyzes the current deficiencies in the cultivation of higher vocational talents and puts forward an employment-oriented talent cultivation model, which is conducive to improving the employment competitiveness of students and helping them
better cope with the market demand.
