Study on the Risks of Land Use for Chinese Enterprises Investing in Vietnam
Abstract
challenge for foreign investors.Under the trend of industrial transfer and supply chain reconstruction, part of the supply chain and industrial
chain of domestic enterprises have been transferred to Vietnam either actively or passively, and foreign investors are facing many challenges
such as land ownership restrictions etc. Studying the new regulations on foreign investors in Vietnams Land Law 2024 and interpreting the
risks of enterprises in land use right transactions will help Chinese enterprises understand Vietnams land policies and regulations, proactively
deal with the potential risks, and carry out foreign investment and cooperation in a compliant and orderly manner.
