The Think about Construct Chemical Fertilizer Reserve System of Henan Province

Abstract

This article researched the basic information about chemical fertilizer reserve work of using centralized procurement and distribution in Henan province. Then this paper introduced these problems in practice, including Insufficient reserve funds, large risk for storage
enterprises, few number of fertilizer brands, high logistics costs, etc. Final in order to construct chemical fertilizer reserve system of Henan
province, this paper suggested reasonable countermeasures.
