The Impact of Corporate Financialization on Corporate Innovation

Abstract


This paper focuses on the connotation and motivation of enterprise financialization, and explores its multi-dimensional impact on
enterprise innovation. Based on the results of the analysis, combined with the resources and environment required for enterprise innovation,
it elaborates on the association between the two in terms of the flow of funds, risk preference, management decisions, etc., with the aim of
revealing the mechanism of enterprise financialization in promoting or inhibiting enterprise innovation, and providing more guidance for enterprises to reasonably plan their development path, balance financial and real business, and enhance their innovation capability.
