On Zhuangzi’s Xiaoyao You and Its Impact on Young People’s Career Choices and Employment

Abstract

“Xiaoyaoyou”, the first chapter of Zhuangzi, is the core of his philosophy, expressing its highest ideals. Zhuangzi’s concept of absolute freedom has long been a dream, yet it offers valuable insights for shaping an ideal free realm. Introducing this thought into young people’s career choices can provide solutions. Thus, analyzing “Xiaoyaoyou” and its ideological implications in light of these challenges can offer
positive guidance for young people’s career paths.
