Abstract
This paper aims to explore the artistic charm and cultural value of the film Ashima from the perspective of narrative and
national memory in musical films. Firstly, analyze the composition and expression forms of Singing and dancing elements in the film,
revealing their unique functions in narrative; Further explore how Singing and dancing narratives can construct and strengthen national
memory, enabling audiences to feel a strong cultural identity and emotional resonance during the viewing process; Finally, lets review
the contributions of Ashima in artistic exploration and cultural inheritance, as well as its enlightening significance for the creation
of modern Chinese musical films. Through this study, we hope to gain a deeper understanding of the cultural connotations and artistic
value carried by Ashima as a musical film, and also provide useful references and inspirations for the creation of films with other ethnic cultural themes.
