Mei Wang

Abstract

This study explores the relationship between childrens mental health and family environment, especially parent-child relationships, with the aim of analyzing the impact of family environment on childrens mental health and exploring effective intervention measures.
Through questionnaire surveys and interview data analysis of multiple families, the results show that good parent-child relationships can
significantly improve childrens emotional regulation ability and social adaptability, while poor parent-child relationships may lead to psychological problems such as anxiety and depression in children. Based on this, targeted intervention measures have been proposed, including
strengthening family education and promoting parent-child communication to improve childrens mental health. This study provides theoretical basis and practical guidance for the intervention of family environment on childrens mental health.
