Abstract


With the rapid development of the social economy, employment and education in universities are facing new challenges and opportunities. The integration and cooperation of industry, academia and research is an innovative talent cultivation model, which is of great significance for improving the quality of talent cultivation in universities and enhancing students employment competitiveness. This article deeply
analyzes the intrinsic connection between the integration of industry, academia, and research and the employment and education of universities. It examines the current situation and problems of the integration of industry, academia, and research in the employment and education of
universities, and proposes an innovative path for employment and education based on the integration of industry, academia, and research. The
aim is to provide useful reference and inspiration for the employment and education work of universities.
