Abstract


Frederic Chopin is one of the most representative composers of the Romantic music period, whose works are known for their high technical and deep emotional. Among the 27 piano etudes, the Etude in c Minor (Op.25No.12) is known as the Sea Etude for its majestic momentum and
deep emotion. Composed between 1834 and 1836, during Chopins second period of artistic creation, the work embodies both the peak of his technical innovation and the composers tragic musing! On the fate of the nation. From the aspects of creation background, music structure, performance
skills and artistic features, this paper will explore how this work achieves artistic sublimation in the interweaving often technology and emotion.
