Abstract


In the era of omni-media, the media landscape has undergone profound changes. This paper explores the cultural dimensions involved in talent cultivation within this new context. By analyzing the characteristics of omni-media, the paper emphasizes the importance of
cultivating media talents with comprehensive qualities. It also delves into how to integrate cultural and moral education elements into the talent cultivation process, aiming to foster media professionals who not only possess solid professional skills but also have a strong sense of social responsibility and cultural awareness. Through a combination of theoretical analysis and practical case studies, the paper provides insights
and suggestions for improving talent cultivation models in the omni-media era.
