In the contemporary context, Chinese animation has creatively transformed traditional narratives of gratitude. By deconstructing the
traditional narrative of gratitude and integrating modern individual consciousness with the core of traditional culture, it maintains the spiritual
core of repaying kindness while endowing the theme of gratitude with new contemporary connotations: on the narrative level, it establishes
a more equal emotional connection; on the level of expression form, it explores diversified narratives of gratitude. While achieving the contemporary transformation of traditional culture, it also provides new ideas for Chinese animation narratives, demonstrating the integration of
traditional values and modern aesthetics.
