Abstract

Cultural misunderstandings occur frequently in cross-cultural communication, affecting the communication effect and cooperative
relationship. The factors such as language, values and customs that cause cultural misunderstandings were studied and analyzed, and coping strategies were explored, including enhancing cultural sensitivity, strengthening communication skills and establishing a cultural sharing
mechanism, aiming to reduce misunderstandings and promote the smooth development of cross-cultural communication.
