Research on the Intelligent Reconstruction and Collaborative Mechanism of Enterprise Organizational Communication Processes in Digital and Intelligent Transformation

Abstract


This paper takes enterprises undergoing digital and intelligent transformation as the research object and explores the intelligent
reconfiguration of enterprise organizational communication processes and their collaborative mechanisms. First, through an in-depth analysis of enterprise organizational communication processes, the impact of digital and intelligent transformation on enterprise organizational
communication processes and the necessity of intelligent reconfiguration are revealed. Secondly, based on relevant theories and empirical
research, a new intelligent reconfiguration model is proposed, which can effectively improve the efficiency and quality of enterprise organizational communication. Finally, the collaborative mechanisms of intelligent reconfiguration were studied, including the collaboration between
artificial intelligence technology and human resources, as well as among different departments, providing effective strategies for enterprises to
achieve digital and intelligent transformation. The results of this paper are of great theoretical and practical significance for understanding the
changes in enterprise organizational communication processes during digital and intelligent transformation and how to effectively carry out
intelligent reconfiguration.
