Abstract

Against the backdrop of rapid development in the cultural industry, there has been a surge in demand for performance professionals.
However, there is a disconnect between institutional training and industry demand, and there is an urgent need to establish a school enterprise
collaborative education mechanism to promote deep integration of industry and education. This study focuses on the construction of a humanmachine system for school enterprise collaborative education under the mode of industry education integration in the performance profession.
By analyzing the adaptability between the talent demand in the performance industry and the university training system, and combining the
paths of school enterprise curriculum construction, practice base construction, project-based teaching, etc., the aim is to solve the problems of
theoretical and practical disconnection and insufficient industry adaptability in the training of performance professionals, and provide practical
