Social Work Support Mechanisms for After-school Time Management among Adolescents under the Double Reduction Context
Abstract
bringing new challenges to their time management and personal development. This study aims to explore how social work can support adolescents in managing their after-school time effectively under this new context. Employing a qualitative methodology that includes literature
review and case analysis, the research identifies key areas where social work intervention is both necessary and feasible. The study finds that
social work can play a crucial role in empowering youth, enhancing family support systems, and facilitating community-based activity planning. It also proposes a multi-level support mechanism integrating individual guidance, family education, and community collaboration. These
findings contribute to the construction of a sustainable support framework for adolescent development in the post-era.
