On the Local Expression and Cross-regional Dissemination of County-level Documentaries

Abstract

In the era of cultural pluralism and media integration, county-level documentaries play an important role in recording local
culture and cross-regional communication in the process of county-level cultural dissemination. Taking county-level documentaries as an
example, this paper explores the path of carrying locality and realizing cross-regional communication in the local expression of countylevel documentaries, and proposes that county-level documentaries can realize local expression through exploring local cultural elements,
dialect narratives, character narratives, etc., and realize cross-regional communication through new media communication, international
communication, cultural identity, etc., and the research conclusions are of great value for county-level cultural communication and the
construction of local image.
