Discussion on the Path to Improve User Experience of Elderly Life-assisting Products

Abstract


In order to solve the problem of poor user experience of life-assistive products for the elderly, this paper studies the current status of
product function-demand matching, scenario adaptability, emotional design, etc., proposes optimization paths from the perspectives of product
design, service system, and technology application, supplemented by industrial collaboration and cognitive improvement measures, in order to
provide a reference for the development of related fields.
