Improvement Path of Design Education in Higher Education Institutions under the Perspective of Integration of Art and Technology

Abstract


As digitalization and intelligence sweep across the globe, the integration of art and technology has emerged as a pivotal trend in
modern design education. Against the backdrop of the development history of design education and its important milestones, this paper analyses the current situation of design education from three perspectives: national strategy, institutional implementation, and student engagement.
The paper explores key factors and proposes optimisation strategies, aiming to contribute to the innovation and improvement of the design
education model in higher education institutions.
