Regulating Effect of Tourism Activities on Psychological Problems - the example of Zen Tea Yoga tourism program
Abstract
case study method and questionnaire method to analyze the regulating effect of Zen Tea Yoga tourism program on tourists psychological
problems. Through the study, 87.1% of the tourists said that their psychological problems were significantly improved after participating in the
Zen Tea Yoga tourism program. 88.6% of the tourists thought that the combination of yoga and Zen tea could calm their moods and reduce
anxiety and depression. 91.5% of the tourists thought that Zen Tea Yoga was new and interesting, and that they would recommend it to others.
They would recommend it to others. This shows that the Zen Tea Yoga tourism program has a good regulating effect on psychological problems, and it has a certain reference value for similar programs.
