Research on the Innovative Transformation and Crosscultural Communication of Traditional Cultural Elements in Chinese Animated Films

Abstract

In the context of globalization and digital technology, this study explores the innovative transformation and cross-cultural communication of traditional cultural elements in Chinese animated films. Using a four-dimensional framework of "symbolic deconstruction-technical
empowerment-narrative reconstruction-industry extension", it analyzes how elements evolve from decorative symbols to narrative cores. Research shows technological innovation reshapes visual presentation and drives narrative transformation, while cross-cultural communication
relies on "cultural meme" strategies merging core traditions with universal themes. The full industrial chain layout enhances commercial and
cultural value by over 40%. The study provides a theoretical model for balancing cultural authenticity and modern aesthetics, and suggests
future research on AI-generated contentâ€™s impact and metaverse narrative ethics.
