Abstract


Objective: To build a service model that fits the user s charging habits, improve the users charging experience, and provide a reference for the establishment of a standardized charging pile charging service. Method and process: Using the thinking and method of service
design, based on the analysis of the needs of charging pile service stakeholders, this paper analyzes the pain points and causes of the existing charging pile use system, helps users to build a good charging situation, puts forward innovative service strategies, optimizes the user s
charging service process, and constructs a new charging service blueprint. Conclusion: It solves the existing problems in the charging service
system, promotes the development of the electric vehicle industry and reduces the pressure of environmental pollution.
