Self-lost and Controlled in the Digital Age A Design Practice Research on Multi-sensory Interactive Device

Qianqian Dong

Abstract

The development of digital devices in the smart era has spawned a pervasive dilemma of subject dissolution, where users indulge in
technological cocooning but are unaware of their own datatisation process. Based on the new type of relationship between digital and human,
this paper combines sensory experience and behavioural interaction, designs interactive physical devices, transforms invisible manipulation
into embodied experience, triggers the public's awareness of digital dependence, and provides a reference for exploring the direction of rational development of the human-computer relationship in the future.
