Abstract


In recent years, the quality of life of the Chinese people has gradually improved, and higher requirements have been put forward for
the pharmaceutical industry. To urgently solve the problem of talent shortage in the pharmaceutical industry, many higher education institutions in China have opened pharmaceutical majors and trained applied talents through school enterprise integration. This process is accompanied by many difficulties and obstacles, and the spirit of craftsmanship provides sufficient theoretical basis. Establishing deep connections
between higher education institutions and cooperative enterprises, guided by the spirit of craftsmanship, actively exploring practical paths for
cultivating applied talents in pharmaceutical majors, can effectively achieve goals. This article will take higher education institutions as the
research object, and discuss the relevant content of the practical path of cultivating applied talents in the pharmaceutical industry under the
model of school enterprise integration, hoping to improve the overall level of talent cultivation in China.
