Abstract

With the rapid development of information technology, archives management in colleges and universities has changed to digital and
intelligent mode. At present, the digital transformation of archives management in colleges and universities is facing many challenges, such as
imperfect technical facilities, lagging management system and insufficient talent team construction. In view of these problems, this paper puts
forward some optimization paths, such as building an intelligent file management platform, optimizing the digital file management system,
strengthening the information security protection system, and promoting the construction of professional talents, hoping to provide reference
for promoting the modernization of file management in colleges and universities.
