Abstract


Sichuan bamboo weaving techniques embody distinctive regional aesthetics and ethical values, profoundly manifesting local communities' cosmology and vitalist philosophy. Serving as a significant cultural conduit for Sichuan's external exchanges, this chapter investigates the innate developmental dynamics of these techniques through dual dimensions of safeguarding and transmission, facilitating their
evolution according to autopoietic principles toward scientifically grounded continuity.
