Research on the Reconstruction of University Calligraphy Curriculum Systems and Teaching Reform Practices in the Context of Aesthetic Education in the New Era

Abstract


To improve the quality of calligraphy courses in universities, this paper briefly elaborates on the importance of calligraphy education in higher education. It then analyzes the driving forces behind the restructuring of the calligraphy curriculum system and teaching reforms
in the context of aesthetic education in the new era. Finally, from three major dimensionscurriculum system, teaching methods, and teaching evaluationthe practical pathways for restructuring the calligraphy curriculum system and implementing teaching reforms under the new
aesthetic education framework are discussed, aiming to provide some insights for relevant scholars and university art educators.
