Research on the Construction of the Practical Path of "Job Course Competition Certificate" for Applied Talents in Pharmaceutical Majors in Universities from the Perspective of Industry Education Integration

Abstract

In the current urgent need for applied talents in the pharmaceutical industry, universities, as the cradle of talent cultivation, should
adhere to the concept of industry education integration, actively establish close contacts with the industry, understand the demand for talents
in pharmaceutical related positions, implement the "job course competition certificate" education model, promote the teaching reform of pharmaceutical majors, advance the implementation of applied talent cultivation plans, and achieve talent cultivation goals. This article starts with
an overview of the "on-the-job course competition certificate" education model, focusing on analyzing the significance of "on-the-job course
competition certificate" for applied talents in pharmaceutical majors in universities, and exploring the practical path of "on-the-job course
competition certificate" for applied talents in pharmaceutical majors in universities from the perspective of industry education integration.
