Abstract


This study explores the integration of martial arts digitization with national fitness initiatives, examining the underlying mechanisms
and practical challenges in sustaining martial arts' role as a driving force for public health development. Through three strategic dimensions
top-level design, organizational coordination, and technological innovationthe paper proposes concrete pathways to establish a scientifically
grounded public fitness framework. These insights aim to facilitate the deep integration of martial arts cultural heritage preservation with national fitness strategies, offering actionable references for advancing both cultural continuity and public health advancement.
