Research on Innovation of Cultural Industry and Integration of Cultural Industry in Ancient Villages of Hainan under the Framework of Local Revitalization Theory

Meng Li

Abstract

Against the backdrop of advancing rural revitalization strategies and upgrading cultural tourism consumption, Hainan's ancient villages have emerged as vital platforms for regional revitalization through their unique tropical island culture, folk traditions, and historical heritage. This study employs the theoretical framework of regional revitalization to analyze the current status and challenges of cultural industry
development in Hainan's ancient villages, while exploring innovative pathways and multi-sector integration models. The research reveals that
these villages must achieve cultural value transformation through resource revitalization, business model innovation, and collaborative efforts
among stakeholders. By deeply integrating cultural elements with tourism, agriculture, technology, and creative industries, a sustainable development system can be established. This approach not only injects cultural momentum into the construction of Hainan Free Trade Port but
also provides practical references for revitalizing ancient villages in southern China's island regions.
