Abstract


This study examines the cultural essence of petanque and its cross-cultural communication practices in China, analyzing the integration of competitive spirit, social interaction, and regional identity. It outlines three operational frameworks for cultural dissemination in China:
official promotion, tournament organization, and grassroots implementation in schools. The research demonstrates the compatibility between
cultural elements and communication strategies, aiming to provide theoretical references for the internationalization of sports cultures. By
mapping out practical communication processes, it clarifies how cultural core values underpin effective outreach, offering actionable insights
for similar cultural projects.
