Reconstruction and Practice Research on the Innovative Talent Training System in Pharmaceutical Engineering at Universities

Decai Dai

Abstract

To address the prominent issues in the current pharmaceutical talent cultivation system in universitiessuch as the disconnect between educational objectives and industry demands, outdated and rigid curricula, and inadequate mechanisms for fostering innovationthis
paper first systematically analyzes the practical challenges in cultivating innovative talents in the pharmaceutical field. It then proposes a reconstruction pathway for the innovative talent cultivation system from four dimensions: curriculum restructuring, teaching model innovation,
practical platform development, and evaluation mechanism reform. By incorporating practical cases from pharmaceutical programs at several
universities, the feasibility and effectiveness of the system are validated, aiming to provide a practical roadmap for reforming pharmaceutical
talent cultivation in higher education.
