Application Research of "Craftsman Spirit" in Traditional Culture to Vocational Students' Vocational View

Abstract


Against the dual backdrop of manufacturing transformation and upgrading alongside the high-quality development of vocational
education, vocational undergraduate education serves as the core platform for cultivating high-level technical and skilled talents. The
shaping of students professional values directly impacts the alignment between talent cultivation quality and industrial demands. The
traditional "artisan spirit" embodies a pursuit of technical excellence, professional ethics, and innovative wisdom that harmonizes with
vocational undergraduate educations dual focus on moral cultivation and technical proficiency. This paper analyzes the cultural essence
and contemporary value of the "artisan spirit, " addressing issues such as ambiguous career positioning and utilitarian tendencies among
vocational undergraduate students. Through three dimensionscurriculum integration, practical teaching immersion, and campus culture
developmentthe study explores application pathways for embedding the "artisan spirit" into vocational education. These insights provide
theoretical references and practical strategies for nurturing high-level technical and skilled talents with cultural confidence and professional competence.
